A professional invoice comes down to small details being right: your business details, the customer’s name, a date, a unique number, clear item lines, a total and the payment details. One wrong digit in an account number can send money to a stranger, so we copy your bank details exactly as given and ask you to confirm them. Your customer and payment details stay confidential.
Numbering matters more than it looks. If two invoices share a number, or one is skipped, you cannot tell which a customer has paid. We keep one running sequence for each document type. You supply the prices, payment details and any tax wording, and you remain responsible for tax and legal requirements. We give no tax or accounting advice.
