Most mid-career CVs repeat the same phrases: “responsible for”, “duties included”, “assisted with”. They copy the job description, not what you did. A better line gives the problem, your action and what changed. If you have a figure you can support, such as a team size or budget, we include it. We never invent numbers.
A good professional CV opens with a short profile: who you are, the role you want next and two or three strengths that fit it. Then it is tailored. A CV for operations should not read like one for sales, even with identical job history. We decide with you what to move up, shorten or leave out.
Gaps, short stays and changes of direction are normal. We never hide or alter dates, because they are easy to check; we help you say briefly what you were doing. A matching cover letter can explain a move in your own words.
