At senior level the reader asks different questions. How big was the operation? Who did you answer to, and who answered to you? Which decisions were yours? What changed on your watch? A senior CV answers these near the top. We help you state scope clearly, such as team size, budget or regions, in your own words and only where you can support it.
Strategy and results belong together: what you set out to change, the approach you chose and what happened next. If a result is confidential, describe it in general terms. We never invent figures, and we keep the tone factual, because a plain account of a decision does more than an adjective like “visionary”.
Earlier roles can be shorter: recent roles get real detail, older ones a line or two. Board seats, advisory work and professional memberships get a short section of their own, but only those you hold. For mid-career roles, see our professional CV writing.
