Employers in different countries expect different things. Length, photos, and details such as date of birth, marital status or state of origin all vary, so no single template suits every country. We start by asking where you are applying and whether the role is on site, hybrid or remote.
Much of the work is translation. A foreign recruiter may not know your university, a Nigerian company, WAEC results or NYSC, so a short plain-English phrase helps. We do not convert grades into another country’s equivalents, which is for official assessors. Employers abroad often use online systems, so we use the layout ideas in our ATS-friendly CV work.
Remote employers add questions of their own: which hours overlap with their time zone, what equipment and internet you have, and how you work without supervision. We include only what is true for you, and where you cannot yet show something, we do not pretend.
