Some businesses want finished designs. Others want to change a date or a price themselves. We design in Canva and build editable templates, so your team can update posts and flyers without starting again.
What you can get

(open larger)02Overview
Many small businesses use Canva because it is easy to learn and works on a phone. Without a plan, every post becomes a fresh experiment, with a different font, shade and logo position each week. We avoid that by designing the first versions properly, then locking the look into templates so only the text and photos need to change.
We set up your templates in Canva, add your logo, colours and fonts as a brand kit where your account allows it, and show you which parts to edit and which to leave alone. If you already have a Canva account, we can discuss sharing the designs with you through it. If Canva is not the right tool for a job, such as a complicated print layout, we will say so and suggest an alternative.
03What is included
Posts, flyers, posters and simple documents created for you in Canva, finished and ready to use.
Templates for your regular social media posts, with text boxes and image spaces set up so only the words and photos change.
Reusable flyer layouts for weekly programmes, promotions and notices, so a new date or price is a simple text change.
Your logo, colours and fonts added to Canva so your team picks from approved choices. Features depend on your Canva account.
A short guide on editing the templates, which parts to leave alone and how to export or share the result.
Already have Canva designs that look inconsistent? We can tidy them into one matching set of templates.
04How it works
List the posts and flyers you make regularly, who will edit them and whether you have a Canva account.
We build the designs and templates around your logo, colours and fonts, with the editable parts set up.
We add your brand details where your account allows it and tell you what it does and does not cover.
We explain how to change text and photos and what to leave alone, and answer questions on WhatsApp.
Where we work
Awka & Anambra State
In many offices, churches, schools and shops around Awka and Anambra State, one person makes every flyer and post, often on a phone. Editable templates mean a change of date, price or speaker is a small edit, and the design still looks right when someone else has to step in.
Across Nigeria
Teams spread across Nigeria, in Lagos, Abuja, Enugu or other cities, can work from the same templates, so posts made by different people still look like one brand. We explain everything on WhatsApp and, if your account allows it, share the designs digitally.
FAQ
Still have a question? Message us on WhatsApp and we will answer it.
For social posts, simple flyers and documents you update often, yes, if the templates are set up well. For complex print work, describe the job and we will tell you plainly whether Canva suits it.
It stores your logo, colours and fonts in your Canva account, so everyone picks from the same set. What it includes depends on your account type, so tell us yours and we will confirm.
If you have a Canva account, we can discuss sharing the designs through it, so they stay in your own workspace. Tell us which account you use and we will explain how it works.
Templates can have clear text and image spaces, plus a short guide on what to change and what to leave alone. People can still slip, so we suggest one person checks each design before posting.
Canva has several account types, and some features depend on which you use. We cannot say what your plan includes, so check with Canva and tell us which you have.
