Online sellers rarely lose an order at the moment of sale. They lose it afterwards, in the handovers from chat to payment, payment to packing and packing to the rider. A customer says “I sent the money yesterday”, the item is not on the packing list, and nobody knows where the order stands. The remedy is one place where every order has a line and a status.
We set up and maintain that place, usually a spreadsheet you can open on your phone: one row per order with a reference, customer, item, payment status, delivery details and next step. We update it as messages come in, adjust stock when orders are confirmed and follow up with vendors. We work remotely, so we do not pack, store or deliver goods, and payments stay with you.
