Every flyer has to answer four questions in the right order: what is this, when is it, where is it and how do I reach you. A common mistake is giving everything the same size, or making the logo and sponsors louder than the date. We make the headline the biggest thing, put the date and venue next, and place your contact details where nobody has to hunt for them.
Before it is printed, most flyers travel as an image on WhatsApp or Instagram, where they are compressed and viewed at the size of a phone screen. So we check each layout at phone size first, then prepare the printed version for your printer. We also design social media graphics if you want the same promotion to appear in your feed.

In Awka and nearby areas such as Ifite Awka and Okpuno, one flyer often does two jobs: it goes into community and church WhatsApp groups, and it is printed for notice boards or handed out before the programme. We design one layout for both and put the date and venue first.
Across Nigeria
A concert in Lagos, a church programme in Port Harcourt or a sale in Enugu is handled the same way anywhere in Nigeria. Send the details on WhatsApp, review the flyer on your phone and share the finished image, while your local printer receives suitable artwork for paper copies.

At minimum: what it is, the date and time, the venue, and a way to reach you, such as a phone number or WhatsApp link. Anything else must earn its place.
WhatsApp compresses images sent in the normal way, so small or thin text turns soft. We use larger, bolder text, and sending the file as a document can help it stay sharp.
It depends on how it will be printed and used, because handbills, posters and notice-board sheets differ. Ask your printer which size they work with, and we will set the artwork to match.
Usually one or two fonts and a few colours, ideally taken from your logo. Mixing many styles makes a flyer look busy and harder to read on a small screen.
