A social media virtual assistant is not a strategist or a design team. The job is the routine that keeps a page alive: putting approved posts in the schedule, answering comments, flagging spam, tidying profiles and chasing the photos and details that arrive late. You decide what to say and why. We make sure it goes out the way you approved it.
This differs from full social media management, where we also plan the calendar, write captions, design posts and review results. If you already have a plan, a designer or your own phone photos and cannot keep up with posting, an assistant is usually the lighter fit. We will tell you honestly which suits you.
